Adding to Fund through Request Contract

Users can lock XRP or other tokens in a decentralized request contract. Any bot can fulfill the request by converting and supplying the corresponding fund tokens.

Flow: User → Lock Payment Token → Bot → Fulfill Request → Smart Contract → Register Ownership
